Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I assisted patients with daily tasks like encouraging personal hygiene, grooming,dressing and promoting health,eating to meet nutrition requirements. I took part in crises intervention as a team member during escalated situation to reduce risk and ensure safety. I uphold responsibility for safety and safeguarding within the wards and hospital perimeters. I provide emotional reassurance through empathy and active listening to patients experience distress or mental health struggles. I served as a role model to promote positive behaviour and offering behavioural support to my patients.
