Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I am an individual who worked at medical and health field for nearly 14 years in my back home, I have completed the care worker course at cardiff council, I have full UK driving licence and I’m confident that my previous work experience and care knowledge can help to care the mentioned individual and support his social needs.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): punctuality, handling with care, communication skills, understanding and helpfulness.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): As I can drive I’m confident that I can support his social needs and with care experience I can support his personal care

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): it is about being with someone who needs our support and helping them to make there life easy being side of them
What are your hobbies/interests? (required): i’m interested in cooking and watching sports
