Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I currently work with a lady with Cerebral Palsy in Cardiff doing 2 x 24 hr shifts a week.I cover all aspects of care Personal Care,Social,Medication and Companionship.I have been in the Caring Sector since 2012 where I was travelling around visiting various clients with varying needs.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): The qualities I think.are important to being a Personal Assistant are being reliable,trustworthy,punctual and having an understanding of working in other peoples homes.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I think I can contribute by just helping them to live a full and independent life as possible.Whether that be personal care or just companionship.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Like I said previously just helping people to live their lives as independently as they can.Keeping them safe and being respectful of them and their home at all times.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I enjoy walking my dog and watching my son play rugby.
