Respecting Individual Preferences: I understand the importance of listening and adapting to the person’s routines, preferences, and goals. I aim to work with the person, not just for them. Providing Reliable and Compassionate Support: Whether it’s helping with daily tasks, medication, or companionship, I bring a calm, dependable presence that helps create a safe and supportive environment.
