Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I work with 3 blind ladies. I take them shopping, to the theatre, do some house jobs, take them to various places in my car (including their dogs) and do various and wide ranging duties in shift from 3 to 6 hours per week

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I am fun, caring, friendly and enthusiastic to help my people.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I can be patient, empathetic and also stand back and allow people to grow and entertain themselves whilst taking a back seat and be there when needed.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): It wide and varied i like new jobs and activities and I am happy to do most things.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I have 3 dogs and 4 cats that take up most of my free time. I also like theatre, cinema and I am a childrens entertainer too.

Would you consider a casual position if you are unsuccessful with this job? (required): Yes

Do you speak any other languages? if so what do you speak?  (required): A little french

What days/nights are you able to work, or prefer to work?  (required): Monday to Friday up to 430pm. I plan and fit in my shifts and duties every week and I am flexible.
