Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I’m a home carer for home instead , so fully qualified with dbs checks , I live locally and no the area well , I have worked with Dewis with another client for 2 years but contracts is finishing mid November, as she is having live in Carer’s .

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Emathyv, patients and strong communication skills to understand and respond to needs with respect or their dignity and

independence.Reliability,a supportive and positive attitude ,and good problem solving skills and also crucial for building trust and handling challenges.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): Wide open communication: Each individual knows their needs better than anyone else , so listen to them .Priorities accessibility:Modify the home ,such as getting ramps or grab bars , or adapt equipment, to create an accessible and inclusive environment.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): It’s rewarding, what can be better than knowing that down to you !?There are also the small rewards you’ll get to enjoy every day:the smiles,the conversation,the friendship,along with knowing that those you care for are safe ,clean ,comfortable and well cared for .

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I like being outdoor , enjoy nature and walking, love animals , I enjoy travelling and experience new cultures and trying different foods ,I like to read to relax and enjoy watching a quiz or cookery programs
