(required): I have over 19 years working in healthcare and 5 years in education so far, I’ve always been very pleased with my work and get great feedback and thrive to be the best I can in supporting others. I have level 3 QCF and health and social care in GNVQ .

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Being trustworthy and caring, reliable and punctual as well as being patient.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I am very confident with my skills and knowledge from having almost 20 years of experience with in the healthcare sector.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I take great pride in the way I help and support each and everyone who needs a helping hand with tasks which gives me satisfaction.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I enjoy going out on dog walks, Reading , watching movies and Art.
