Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I currently work within in the cardiff and vale healthboard and have done for 13 years I have always worked closely with all different ages and vulnerable , elderely adults mainly over the phone but also face to face. I work for the GP Out of hours service and previously district nursing service so deal with a lot of complexed health queries and situations , understanding and responding to our communitys needs on a daily basic. I have very good communication skills, I am able to listen to the needs and concerns of others

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): involve them in decision making. helping them trust others and build a support network in the community. Be positive and celebrate small improvements. Make learning a daily habit for both of you.
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I like to help and assist others, meeting new people and if I am supporting somebody else with their day to day living it will make me feel better also.
What are your hobbies/interests?: Reading, walks, shopping, cooking, I enjoy going to the gym and yoga to relax
