How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): Over my years of experiences working with disabled people both at home and in school, I realised patience is needed to first understand the subject. When Ive been able to understand them, I can then know what they want and also what they like to do. I like to create room for them to do whatever gives them pleasure. Especially if I could be part of it. Theres a need for every disabled person to be independent so that they too can be part of the society. So we have to give them freedom to do that which they enjoy doing. 

 
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I am passionate in getting the very best from people. That makes me feel fulfilled. Ive worked as a teaching assistant and Im overwhelmed by how gifted many young people. I like to be that person who identify the strength in people and help them develop it.
